The addition of robotic capabilities to our bending operations ensures BMP Metals can supply a variety of formed applications with repeated accuracy and precision.

Robotic capabilities include a vertical reach of 132.8” and horizontal reach of 104.4” along 6 axes, and payload of 363 lbs. These capabilities allow it to check material thickness, square the sheet and form based an intricate set up on the brake press. The brake press capabilities include a 12’ bed, 125 ton capacity along 9 axes. Finally the finished goods are nested on outgoing skids.

In addition a deburring machine can be integrated to maximize the capabilities of the cell.
