BMP’s CNC Machining department is positioned to support all the needs of our customers from prototyping through to production volumes. Our machining division showcases a full variety of multi-pallet vertical and horizontal machining centres. Full turning capabilities are complemented by automated Swiss Style live tooling, turning and milling.

Milling (Horizontal/Vertical)

• Up to 5-axis machining available
• High speed machining available - 24,000 RPM
• Maximum size 40"x60"x90"
• Up to 4 pallet changer

Turning

• Up to 10" diameter by 20" in length
• Any metal or plastic material

Swiss Style Live Tooling Turning & Milling

• Maximum turning diameter 1.25" by 20" in length
